I came in on May 28 to speak with Chandler about my Grand Jeep Cherokee 4Xe and just how I have been having issues. Chandler was very helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was taken care. Buyers beware when buying a used car from here. Not the same experience as buying new which is why I gave them a 3 star review so it averages as a 4 star. Shame on me for expecting transparency when buying a 2025 used vehicle for my daughter. At no point in time with the sales team or on any of the documentation did anyone indicate that the vehicle came with a single fob.
